CIG Consulting srl was founded back in 1980 by the engineer Michele Buscarnera.
It began its activities as a technical consultancy office but soon evolved into a leading company in the civil engineering sector, in consultancy in the field of complex bureaucracy and in professional training.
Initially specialized in geotechnical design, engineer Michele Buscarnera has constantly expanded his and the company's skills over the years, making it a company specialized in infrastructure and public works, with a particular focus on structural and geotechnical aspects.
Starting from 2005, embracing the innovative field of renewable energy - in particular photovoltaic solar energy and small wind energy - the company has further expanded its field of action to include these new opportunities, focusing on the construction of wind and photovoltaic systems and assisting clients not only in the initial design phase, but also in obtaining authorizations and in the construction phase.
In 2008, a contribution of notable importance came from the inclusion of engineer Giuseppe Buscarnera in the workforce. After obtaining his degree and doctorate at the Polytechnic of Milan, he is now Professor at the Northwestern University of Chicago: a role that allows the company a direct connection with the academic world and constant theoretical updating: an element often lacking in the offices of engineering.
In 2010, another important contribution came thanks to the engineer Cristina Buscarnera, graduated from the Polytechnic of Milan, with her skills and specializations in the hydraulic and environmental sectors.
